Logging Distance or Route Isn't Working
If you find that logging distance or route isn't working, there's a few things to check.
- Are you using the latest versions of iOS, WatchOS and Paddle Logger?
- Have you given Paddle Logger the necessary Health and Location permissions? To check permissions, open Paddle Logger, go to the Account tab -> Help & Support -> Check Permissions
- If you recently upgraded your iPhone or Watch, try resetting the permissions - there is a known iOS bug where Health Permissions may not get restored from backup correctly and switching them off and on does the trick
In many cases checking these things and simply ‘turning it off and on again’ are quick and simple fixes.
