Can't Install the Watch App

The Watch app requires watchOS 8.0 or later. When troubleshooting, it's always a good idea to make sure that your devices are update to date. This help article from Apple explains how to check the watchOS version on your Apple Watch.

If you're having trouble installing the Watch app, there's a few things to check.

  • Do you have auto-install enabled for Watch apps? If not, you can try installing the Paddle Watch app manually by opening the native Watch app on your iPhone, scrolling down until you find Paddle Logger, and tapping on Install.
  • If you don't see the Watch app, try restarting both devices.
