How Do I Move An Unassigned Paddle To A Folder?

If you go into the session details and tap on the folder icon, you should see the word 'Unassigned' appear below. Tap on that, and your list of folders should appear. Then, all you need to do is tap on the folder that you'd like to move the session to.
